Refund and Returns Policy

At Shirtcrush, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right, we offer a 5-day return or exchange window from the day your order is delivered. Our support team is always available to help you with any concerns.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

To process such claims, we may request an unboxing video of the parcel, along with your Order ID and registered email.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

To cancel, simply reach out to us via email.

Prepaid orders cancelled within the first 24 hours are usually eligible for a full refund.

Shirtcrush may contact customers for verification (written or verbal) before shipping any order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth return/exchange experience, please note the following:

Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Items marked “Made to Order” or “Print on Demand” cannot be returned.

Non-refundable items include: rush processing fees, personalized products, message cards, and shipping charges.

For issues like wrong item received, damage, or quantity mismatch, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer only and typically reflect within 24 hours after we process the refund.

Replacements are offered only if the item is still in stock.

An item that has been exchanged once cannot be returned or exchanged again.

A Rs. 100 handling fee applies to all return orders. (Exchanges are free.)

Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank details. Shirtcrush will not be liable for refunds sent to incorrect account information provided by the customer.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 24 business hours. The courier will attempt pickup twice. If both attempts fail, you may need to ship the item to our warehouse yourself. Reverse pickup availability varies by PIN code.

Colour Variation Disclaimer

Display screens and lighting conditions can cause colour differences between what you see online and the actual product.

Because of natural variations in fabric and manufacturing, we cannot guarantee exact colour, texture, or tone, and minor differences should be expected.

Refund Timelines

Cancellations: Refunds are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

Returns: Refunds are initiated once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

This entire process may take up to 2 weeks from the date the return is initiated.

Important Guidelines

Do not send any product back without receiving a confirmation email from our team.

Products must be returned with all packaging, invoices, tags, and the return label sent by our support team.

The safe return of the product is the customer’s responsibility.

If a wrong item is handed over during return pickup, the same item will be returned back to the customer. Claims must be raised within 5 days of pickup, along with parcel opening video proof.
